Refund Policy

VidChat offers both a free service and an optional paid subscription, VidChat Premium ($10/month). This policy explains how refunds work.

Free service

Random 1:1 video matching on VidChat is free forever. No payment is taken for the free service, so there is nothing to refund.

VidChat Premium ($10/month)

7-day refund window: if you request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or any monthly renewal, you will receive a full refund of that charge.
After 7 days: the charge for the current billing month is non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time — your Premium stays active until the end of the paid month and will not renew.
Cancel anytime: cancelling stops all future charges immediately. There are no cancellation fees.

How to request a refund or cancel

Contact us via our Contact page with the email address used for the purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Abuse

Accounts banned for violating our Community Guidelines are not eligible for refunds.

Payments are processed by Paddle

VidChat Premium payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Paddle. Paddle acts as the merchant of record for your purchase.
